Cancellation and refund policy
Quick answer: Cancel 30 days or more before your tour starts and you get everything back, including the 30% deposit.
Refunds by date

Payments
- You pay a 30% deposit when you book. The balance is charged automatically 30 days before travel, and we email you a reminder 7 days before that.
- If you book less than 30 days before travel, the full amount is due at booking.
- Bookings close 10 days before the start date.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in US dollars (USD), within 10 business days of your cancellation.
Changes
Date changes are free up to 30 days before travel, subject to availability. Adding travelers or nights is possible at any time while availability lasts.
If we cancel
If we cancel your tour for any reason other than non-payment, you choose between a full refund within 10 business days and a travel credit for the full amount, valid for 24 months.
Travel insurance
We recommend insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical care abroad and medical evacuation.
How to cancel
Email info@turkeyitineraries.com with your booking reference. Your cancellation takes effect the day we receive it, and we confirm it in writing. The full rules are in our booking terms.
