Where does the 6-day southeast tour start?
It starts at Gaziantep Airport and ends at Mardin Airport, so you fly in and out. The 9-day and 12-day tours start in Istanbul.
When is the best time to visit southeast Turkey?
The road to the summit of Mount Nemrut is most reliable from late May to early October, while Göbekli Tepe and Mardin are most comfortable in spring and fall. Late May, June, September and early October suit the whole route.
Do these tours include domestic flights?
The 9-day Cappadocia and Mesopotamia tour includes two domestic flights. The 12-day tour ends with a flight from Dalaman back to Istanbul. The 6-day southeast tour travels by road between the sites.
