We studied tourism guidance together at Adnan Menderes University and graduated in 2009. Each guide on our team holds a national license, which means they are qualified to guide anywhere in Turkey.

Travelpedia, the TÜRSAB-licensed agency behind Turkey Itineraries, was founded in 2018 by one of our classmates. Our team designs every route, and the guides you meet in Istanbul, Cappadocia or Ephesus are the same people who helped plan them.

    Pay a 30% deposit by card in US dollars. The balance is charged automatically 30 days before you travel.

    Your guide and driver meet you at the airport. Change of plans? Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before travel.

Questions travelers ask before booking

What does "private tour" mean?

Only your party travels. You have your own licensed guide and an air-conditioned vehicle with a driver, on the dates you choose. There are no strangers, no fixed group departures and no waiting for others.

How do I pay, and is my money protected?

You pay a 30% deposit by card in US dollars through Stripe, and the balance is charged automatically 30 days before travel. Cancel up to 30 days before your trip and you get a full refund, including the deposit.

Who is behind Turkey Itineraries?

Turkey Itineraries is run by Travelpedia, a TÜRSAB Group A licensed travel agency (license A-10807) in Istanbul, founded in 2018 by Evren Satır. Our guides are licensed national guides who studied together at Adnan Menderes University.

Can you change a tour or build one for us?

Yes. Every route can be adjusted, and you can combine regions into your own itinerary. Use Build your trip or send us a message, and we reply with a written day-by-day plan and a fixed price you can book online.

Are flights included?

Domestic flights inside Turkey are included when a tour lists them, for example Istanbul to Cappadocia. International flights to and from Turkey are not included.
