About Turkey Itineraries
In short: Turkey Itineraries plans and runs private tours of Türkiye for travelers from the United States. Tours are organized and operated by Travelpedia DMC Turizm, a Group A travel agency licensed by Türkiye's Ministry of Culture and Tourism and a member of TÜRSAB (license no. 10807) since 2018. Bookings and payments are handled by our London office, Travelpedia Travel Ltd. Each year our team looks after 20,000 to 25,000 guests on private tours and experiences.
Who we are
We are a team of licensed Turkish tour guides who studied together at the Faculty of Tourism of Adnan Menderes University and graduated in 2009. Each guide holds a national guide license, which means they are qualified to guide anywhere in Türkiye. Our classmate Evren Satır founded the agency in 2018. He leads the team that designs our routes and writes our destination guides; the guides who review those pages are the people who lead the tours.
We sell private tours only. That means your party, your licensed guide and your own vehicle and driver, on the dates you choose. There are no shared coaches and no strangers on your tour.
Licensed, registered and easy to check
A US traveler sending a deposit to a company abroad should be able to verify who that company is. Here are our details and where to check them.

In Türkiye, only licensed travel agencies may sell package tours, and only licensed guides may guide at archaeological sites and museums. Both apply to every tour we run.
How we look after your money
- You pay only a 30% deposit when you book. The balance is charged 30 days before you travel.
- Cancel 30 days or more before your start date and you get 100% back, including the deposit.
- Payments go through Stripe, certified to PCI DSS Level 1. We never see or store your card number.

Turkey Itineraries is the newest part of a group of travel businesses run by the same founder and team. Together they host 20,000 to 25,000 guests a year from around the world, and they are sold through international booking platforms including GetYourGuide, Viator, Headout, Musement, Tiqets, Klook, Veltra and Hotelbeds.

What we do differently
- Private, always. Your group only, with your own guide and vehicle.
- Licensed national guides who studied together and have guided for 14 to 15 years each.
- Clear prices in US dollars, with what is included and what is not listed on every tour page.
- No pressure to shop. Some itineraries include a craft workshop such as Avanos pottery; tell your guide if you would rather skip it, and there is never any obligation to buy.
- Plans you can change. Every route can be adjusted, or built from scratch.
